Lonzie Powell III
CEO

Lonzie Powell III is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida. Currently, he resides in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. He began his entrepreneurial journey at the beginning of 2020. After years of studying real estate and investing as a whole, he finally started his first investment company, Powell Capital Investment, LLC, and also launched www.PowellStore.com, an online store that provides great deals, at low prices.

Mr. Powell is also a notary public, so feel free to contact him for all your notary needs. He has finally found his purpose, and is extremely excited to start his entrepreneurial journey. Travis Rhymer
Partner/Investor

My name is Travis Rhymer, I grew up in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida where I attended Palm Beach Gardens High School. After high school, I continued my education at Clark Atlanta University, and received my Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. I have always had a passion for serving my community and currently serve as a Police Officer in Palm Beach County. 

Even though, I love my current career, I am excited to start my journey as a real estate Investor and entrepreneur. I look forward to serving my community as a entrepreneur by providing services, that can uplift and inspire my community for the better.
